Job description
$979.20/week –
Job Summary:
The Acute Care CNA provides essential nursing support to patients in a hospital or clinic setting, functioning under the supervision of professional nursing staff. They deliver direct patient care within a structured environment, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Administer basic nursing care to patients on Med/Surg units.
Support nursing staff in implementing patient care plans efficiently.
Observe and report patient conditions and respond appropriately to changing needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for optimal patient well-being.
Follow departmental protocols related to infection control and safety standards.
Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification required.
Proven experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
Knowledge of Med/Surg patient care and relevant clinical procedures.
Ability to work effectively under supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of age-specific patient needs and safety protocols.
