Job description
CommCare Corporation in Mississippi seeks a CNA Household Supervisor at Lakeland Community Care Center to lead resident care within the household. You will mentor the care team and work with the Clinical Coordinator to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
You will maintain activity calendars, foster resident relationships, and support families while upholding high clinical standards and teamwork. A background in long-term care and strong communication are required.
