As a member of the nursing team, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality of care to our residents; helping them regain and maintain their optimal level of independence through the compassionate care and support you provide. One of the most rewarding aspects of your role is knowing that you will have the opportunity to make a sincere difference in someone's life every day.What You'll DoProvide individualized care to residents according to each resident's plan of care.Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.Monitor residents' health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
