Hospice Cna OpportunityFirstHealth Hospice & Palliative Care is a 5 STAR rated non-profit hospice offering compassionate end-of-life care support.As a Hospice CNA you will have an opportunity to use advanced skills in a specialty hospice care setting. Hospice CNA care is performed alongside an interdisciplinary team in which you will deliver: personal care to patients following a patient specific plan of care. The assigned duties may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, mobility support, ostomy/foley, and skin care all while closely observing and reporting any changes in the patient's condition to the hospice nurse.
