Autumn Lake Healthcare at Birch Manor, a compassionate and team-oriented organization, is seeking a dedicated and caring CNA-I / Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) to join our exceptional staff. As a GNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while maintaining a safe and dignified environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Participate in inter-departmental teams to develop and implement resident care plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
What We Offer: Competitive Rates: $17.5 - $23 HOURLY

$750 for FT GNA's after 6 Months. Can't have disciplinary issues.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred
Certified Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA)
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
