Your responsibilities will include:Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfersAccompany clients to grocery stores, doctor appointments, pharmacies, and other outingsAssist clients with active and passive mobility exercises according to their plan of careObserve and report changes in a client's condition to the Director of NursingProvide companionship and day-to-day assistance while helping clients maintain their independenceWhat You'll NeedValid Florida CNA certification/license in good standingHigh school diploma or GEDValid CPR certificationPhysical and negative TB skin test within the last 12 monthsValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicleAbility to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelinesSuccessful completion of required drug screening and motor vehicle background screeningSpanish-speaking skills preferredAbility to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 poundsReady to Make a Difference?
