CNA / Licensed Caregiver – Early Morning & Daytime HoursAlways Best Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or experienced licensed caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client requiring full assistance.Immediate Need – Early Morning Coverage2:00 AM – 6:00 AM | 4-Hour Shifts | 7 Days Per WeekWe are open to caregivers who can cover some or all of these days, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to add consistent early-morning hours to their schedule.Additional daytime hours are also available throughout the week for caregivers interested in a larger schedule.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssisting with feeding, snacks, and hydrationTransfers and mobility assistanceIncontinence and personal careRepositioning and general comfortMonitoring and responding to the client's needsProviding attentive, respectful one-on-one careHelping maintain a quiet environment during the early-morning hours so other members of the household can remain asleepWho We're Looking ForThe ideal caregiver is:CNA or appropriately qualified/licensed caregiverComfortable providing full-assist careExperienced with transfers and incontinence carePatient and comfortable assisting clients with visual and hearing impairmentsDependable and punctual — especially for the 2:00 AM start timeCompassionate and respectful of the client's dignity and independenceAble to provide safe, attentive care with minimal supervisionSchedule & CompensationPriority Shifts: 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM, 7 days per weekAdditional Hours: Daytime shifts available throughout the weekCompensation: Competitive payYou do not have to be available all 7 days to be considered.
