Job description
Our Clients are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work in Newtown, CT and surrounding areas.
Compensation for a Certified Nursing Aide
Up to $25/hour depending on location, shifts and schedule.
Summary of Client's Description of this Opportunity
Experience and willingness to work in Long Term Care, nursing home facilities
Committed to genuine nursing care while maintaining organization's mission and core values.
Grooming and bathing patients with low mobility
Preparing each patient room with necessary items like blankets, pillows, medical equipment and bathroom needs
Helping patients eat and take medications
Making sure they have regular meals and proper medication dosages
Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff
Assisting patients with mobility needs, transferring them from wheelchair to bed
Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort
Exercising patients by helping them walk
Client's Required Skills and Experience
Some sites require vaccination against COVID-19
Must possess a valid Nurse Aide Certification
Ability to complete and pass clearances:Child Abuse, FB, and Criminal fingerprinting background check
