Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Active Montana Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred Current BLS certification Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and personal care Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition
