nPosition Summary
nThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides supportive, hands-on assistance to clients in their homes. CNAs help patients maintain their independence, comfort, and safety under the supervision of licensed nurses and in accordance with each client’s individualized care plan.
nResponsibilities
nProvide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
nAssist with mobility, transfers, and range‑of‑motion activities
nSupport clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping
nMonitor and report changes in client condition to supervising nurse
nProvide companionship and promote client independence and dignity
nFollow infection control procedures and company policies
nAccurately document care provided and maintain timely communication
nTravel to assigned clients within designated service areas
nQualifications
nActive New Mexico CNA certification (required)
nCurrent CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
nAbility to pass background check and drug screening
nCompassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
nExperience in home health preferred, but not required — training available
