Castor Home Nursing is seeking a dependable caregiver or nurse to provide overnight care for a young adult in the Marquette Heights area.At Castor Home Nursing, we believe care should be personal. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-based care, a consistent schedule, and the ability to focus on one individual's needs.CNA ResponsibilitiesAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs)Support personal care, comfort, safety, and independenceObserve and report changes or concerns to the appropriate nursing or clinical teamComplete accurate electronic documentationProvide compassionate and respectful carePlease note: CNAs will assist with ADLs and other nonmedical support only. CNAs will not be responsible for providing skilled nursing or medical care.LPN/RN ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of careAdminister medications and treatments as orderedMonitor and document the patient's condition and any changesAssist with medical equipment and other skilled nursing needs as appropriateCommunicate with the patient, family, and Castor clinical teamComplete accurate electronic documentationPromote the patient's comfort, safety, and independenceWhy Choose Castor?1:1 personalized careCompetitive nursing hourly pay based on license, location, and shift.
