CNA LTCCity: Clarkston State: WA Job Type: Travel Discipline: CNA Speciality: Long Term Care Facility Setting: Long Term Acute Care Accepting Locals per Radius Rule?: Yes Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Flexible Shift Details: 4 on, 2 off, 8 hour shifts 11pm - 7am Weekly Schedule: 40 Hours Certifications / Licence:BLSMandatory Experience:CNA LTCPrevious long-term care experience, preferred.Previous working knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) EMR.Medication passing experience, preferred.High school diploma or GED requiredCurrent Washington State Certified Nursing in good standingCurrent CPR & 1st Aide CertificationCertification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants requiredCertification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training, on hire.Initiate the WA State name and date of birth and national fingerprint Criminal Background checks upon start date with our facility.N95 mask fitting using our approved masksTB Testing required as stipulated in WAC 388-78A
