Job description
Job TitleScrub requirements: RNs all red, LPNs all white, CNAs all purple All white shoes Must complete an in-person interview. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY(home address within 20-30 miles of the facility) 40 HR weekly guarantee - will have several shifts available for OT - OK with 16's Must work at least every other weekend Must have at least 1 ½ years of experience in the surrounding LTC/SNF facilities Please include the following documents in the submission packet: Resume Photo ID (this item should be brought in during interview) SS Card (this item should be brought in during interview) Professional License/Certification BLS CPR Certification Annual Physical MMR Titer Lab Results Quantiferon Lab Results COVID-19 Vaccination Records References (Total: 2) If the clinical items are not available can be completed after the offer.
