Job description

$581.40/week -

Job Summary:

Provide essential bedside care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, supporting their daily needs and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care and maintain adherence to facility policies.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to nursing staff.

Support infection control practices and adhere to safety procedures.

Promote resident comfort and well-being through compassionate care.

Follow facility protocols for resident safety and privacy at all times.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.

Ability to demonstrate compassion and patience in a healthcare setting.

Reliable transportation to work location, as this is local only.
