Job description

$581.40/week -

Job Summary:

Provide essential patient care and support within a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents through compassionate and efficient assistance.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.

Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to nursing staff.

Follow established care plans and protocols to deliver personalized care.

Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and resident observations.

Adhere to facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.

Ensure compliance with state and federal identification, vaccination, and badge requirements.

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential required.

Demonstrate the ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious/medical exemption.

Ability to follow detailed care instructions and maintain accurate documentation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends.
