Job description
$728.28/week -
Job Summary:
Provide essential patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety under clinical supervision.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to nursing staff.
Follow infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene and PPE usage.
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
Support medication administration and basic clinical procedures as directed.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA license or certification required.
Demonstrate strong patient care skills and compassion.
Possess knowledge of elderly and long-term care needs.
Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols.
Meet facility Covid-19 vaccination requirements or approved exemptions.
