Job description
$803.62/week -
Job Summary:
Seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA for assignment within a Long-Term Care facility. The candidate will provide essential nursing assistance and support to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
Support infection control protocols by maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver personalized resident care.
Adhere to facility policies regarding resident safety and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in New Hampshire.
Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
Demonstrates compassion and strong interpersonal skills.
Must comply with facility vaccination and identification requirements.
