Job description
$605.88/week -
Job Summary:
Assist patients in their daily living activities within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Provide compassionate, high-quality care while adhering to facility policies and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition.
Support patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers.
Follow care plans and report any concerns or changes to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Comply with infection control and safety procedures, including COVID-19 protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification and active license.
Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
Ability to demonstrate compassion and excellent communication skills.
Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting and repositioning patients.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts.
Knowledge of infection control and safety regulations.
