Job description
$605.88/week -
Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated CNA to provide quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. This role involves assisting patients with daily activities and supporting clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment.
Support healthcare providers during patient procedures and treatments.
Adhere to facility policies regarding identification and proper use of badges.
Comply with vaccination requirements or obtain valid exemptions as needed.
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification and active state licensure.
Prior experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team.
Must bring valid ID and wear proper identification badges on site.
Willingness to comply with vaccination or exemption documentation policies.
