Job description
$734.40/week –
Job Summary:
Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, supporting residents with daily activities and basic health needs. Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols.
Support medication reminders and document care activities as directed.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
Comply with facility policies regarding identification and personal protective equipment.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid CNA certification or credential.
Demonstrate prior experience in LTC or SNF settings.
Possess current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend.
Maintain reliable attendance and professional conduct.
