Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated CNA to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the comfort and safety of residents while adhering to healthcare standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Document patient status and report any changes to healthcare staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Follow all facility protocols and safety procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification and current license.
Proven experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to comply with infection control and safety policies.
Physical ability to perform patient care tasks and mobility assistance.
