Job description

$748.00/week -

Job Summary:

Assist patients in their daily activities and provide high-quality care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This role involves supporting licensed nursing staff and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to patients, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance

Monitor and report patient conditions, changes, or concerns to nursing staff

Follow infection control protocols, including proper use of PPE and hygiene practices

Document patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely

Assist with basic medical procedures and treatments under supervision

Support patients' emotional well-being through compassionate communication

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in the state or territory

Ability to adhere to facility policies regarding COVID-19 vaccination or exemptions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Reliable transportation and availability for local shifts
