CNA – Medical Assistant
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated CNA – Medical Assistant for a travel assignment at a busy cardiology office in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role involves both clinical and clerical duties, supporting a team of providers in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities of the CNA – Medical Assistant include:
Perform EKGs and manual blood pressure checks
Provide clinical and clerical support for the cardiology office
Ensure patient and examination areas are prepared and clean
Conduct patient intake and document necessary information
Transcribe and update patient information records
Coordinate in-office testing and outside services
Collect, prepare, and process specimens as directed
Other related duties as assigned
Requirements of the CNA – Medical Assistant include:
High School diploma or GED
Completion of Medical Assistant program, Nursing Assistant training, EMT certification, or 3 years of job-related experience
Basic medical knowledge and terminology
Skilled in obtaining accurate patient vital signs
Minimum of one year's experience
