The Certified Nursing Assistants provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures.Job RequirementsIn addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:Six months previous CNA experience preferredAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishBasic computer skillsPrevious customer service experience preferredHigh School diploma or GED requiredGraduate of a Nursing Assistant Program requiredState registered CNA license requiredCrisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred. CPI training required if sitting with M-1 holdsPhysical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)Where You'll WorkFollowing a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community. We are a Level III Trauma center, STEMI Cardiac receiving center, and certified stroke treatment center.
