Now Hiring CaregiversDo you enjoy helping seniors live safely and independently at home? We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to provide quality in-home support to clients throughout the West Valley.We primarily serve Veterans, providing compassionate in-home support that helps them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Experience working with Veterans is a plus, but it is not required.Caregiver ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional supportPrepare meals and assist with light housekeepingAssist with errands, appointments, and transportation as neededAssist with mobility and safe transfers when appropriateFollow each client's personalized care plan and service instructionsCommunicate changes in a client's condition or needs to the appropriate team memberMaintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for clientsQualificationsAt least 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferredValid driver's licenseReliable vehicle and current auto insuranceCPR and First Aid certification preferredComfortable using a smartphone for communication and schedulingDependable, compassionate, and professionalAble to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care teamMust be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodationWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $17–$19+ per hourPart-time and full-time opportunitiesFlexible schedulingPaid training and ongoing supportReferral bonus opportunitiesWeekly pay optionsSupportive and respectful team environmentOpportunities to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniorsApply TodayIf you are dependable, compassionate, and passionate about helping others, we'd love to hear from you.Apply online: Call: Join a team where the work you do truly matters.
