Job description
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Compassionate and attentive Certified Nursing Assistant with a strong passion for enhancing the quality of life for elderly residents in long-term care settings. Experienced in providing personalized, hands-on support with daily living activities while fostering dignity, comfort, and trust. Skilled in monitoring resident well-being, recognizing changes in condition, and collaborating closely with nursing teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Known for building meaningful connections with residents and families, creating a warm, supportive environment that feels like home. Reliable, patient-focused, and committed to delivering care with empathy, respect, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care.
Current CNA certification in Oklahoma required.
