CNA Morning and/or Afternoon - Bridgeport, Connecticut

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Fairfield in Fairfield County. As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional care and compassion in their homes.
About the Role:
As a CNA or HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. You will also provide personal care to clients as needed, assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, etc.
Responsibilities:

Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistent
Accurately report EVV clock ins/outs, ADL notes, and visit information for client care plans
