Caregiver Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with clients of all ages. This is a part-time position and must be flexible to work Monday thru Friday 5pm to 8pm and every other weekend 9:30am to 3:30pm. Must have experience in working with dementia clients.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Provide companionship and support to clients, including engaging in activities and conversation
Assist with medication management and administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care
Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as other team members and management
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA/NA/PCA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with clients of all ages
Compassionate and patient personality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have Covid 19 Vaccine /CPR Certification
