Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing FacilityAdvanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation Location: 169 Davenport Avenue, New Haven CT Job Type: Part-Time | First and second shiftAre you a compassionate and dedicated CNA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Join our team at Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, a respected Skilled Nursing Facility committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive and resident-centered environment.We are currently hiring part time, every other weekend, CNAs for first shift (7am-3pm) and second shift (3pm-11pm).Position Summary:As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' health and well-being. You'll work alongside licensed nurses and an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive exceptional care with dignity and respect.Key Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobilityMeasure and record vital signs and report any changes in resident conditionSupport residents with transfers and ambulation using proper techniquesProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environmentDocument care provided in accordance with facility policiesQualifications:Active CNA Certification in the state of CTCurrent CPR/BLS certification (preferred)Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, dependable, and team-orientedWhy Join Us?Shift differentials1199 PositionPaid time off (PTO) and holiday paySupportive team environment with strong leadershipApply Today and Make a Difference Every Day!Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
