Assists with lifting, positioning, moving, and ambulating patients.Prepares patients for transport by wheelchair, stretcher, or on foot as directed by the nurse.Assists with patient examinations; for example, physical exam.Maintains patient safety, privacy and confidentiality at all times.Provides attention to patients requiring constant observation.Minimum Qualifications:Current, valid, and unrestricted NY license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Minimum of one (1) year related experience within the last 3 yearsAdditional certifications may be required.Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .
