Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Plaza Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Plaza Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. MUST have a valid NJ Certification to apply.
About the Role:
As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting patients with daily living activities
Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs, such as pulse, blood pressure, and temperature
Assisting patients with mobility and transferring between beds and wheelchairs
Supporting patients with medication administration and medical treatments
Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Documenting patient care and communication with the healthcare team
