Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time | NOC ShiftThe Pines at Placerville 1040 Marshall Way, Placerville, CA 95667 NOC Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Starting at $21/hour (DOE) plus shift differentialThe Pines at Placerville is seeking a dedicated and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our full-time NOC team. If you take pride in providing compassionate, resident-centered care and are comfortable working independently during the overnight hours, we'd love to meet you.Our NOC CNAs play an important role in ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night, while also helping prepare residents and the unit for the morning shift.Why Join The Pines?Competitive starting pay starting at $21/hour (DOE) plus shift differentialConsistent NOC schedule: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AMSupportive and collaborative nursing teamResident-focused work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and advancementMeaningful work where your attention to residents' needs makes a differencePosition SummaryAs a NOC CNA, you will provide direct resident care and support throughout the overnight shift in accordance with individualized care plans, facility policies, and direction from nursing staff.You will help maintain resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being while monitoring residents throughout the night. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive to detail, able to prioritize tasks, and comfortable working as part of a team while also managing responsibilities independently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living, including toileting, incontinence care, hygiene, dressing, grooming, and repositioningComplete scheduled overnight rounds and monitor residents for safety and comfortRespond promptly and appropriately to resident call lights and requests for assistanceReposition residents and provide pressure-relief measures as directed by care plansMeasure and record vital signs, intake/output, and other required observationsObserve residents for changes in condition, behavior, or needs and promptly report concerns to the nurseAssist residents with nighttime routines and prepare residents for the morningMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment throughout the overnight shiftComplete accurate and timely documentation of care provided and resident observationsFollow individualized care plans, safety procedures, infection-control practices, and facility policiesAssist with resident admissions, transfers, and other care-related activities as assignedCommunicate relevant resident information effectively with the nurse and incoming shiftProtect resident privacy, dignity, rights, and confidentiality at all timesWork collaboratively with nursing staff and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality resident careComplete assigned duties and shift responsibilities before the end of the scheduled shiftWhat We're Looking ForActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of CaliforniaCPR certification preferredPrevious long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior care experience preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident careDependable and reliable attendanceAbility to work effectively during overnight hoursAbility to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance from nursing staffStrong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans, policies, and proceduresCommitment to maintaining resident dignity, safety, and confidentialityJoin Our NOC Team!!!If you're a dependable CNA who takes pride in providing compassionate care and wants to make a difference during the overnight hours, The Pines at Placerville would love to have you on our team.????
