All Saints Sub Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a Part-Time AM shift . Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides hands-on, compassionate care to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being . The CNA works closely with licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care in accordance with care plans and facility standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Obtain and accurately record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
Assist with meals and encourage appropriate nutrition and hydration.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
Accurately document care provided according to facility policies and procedures.
Follow all infection control, safety, and resident rights policies.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team.
Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
Qualifications Current California CNA certification in good standing.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to follow care plans, facility policies, and safety procedures.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including assisting with resident mobility and transfers.
