We are hiring CNA / Nurse Aide Floaters to support clients across different locations on Oahu.This role is ideal for caregivers who are comfortable adapting to different clients and environments while maintaining high-quality care.What You’ll Do:Assist seniors with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional supportMonitor and report changes in health or behaviorWork closely with healthcare professionals and care teamsProvide transportation to appointments and errandsCover open shifts, call-outs, and new client assignments across OahuWhat We’re Looking For:Active Hawaii CNA or NA certificationCompletion of in-person skills trainingHigh availability and ability to work multiple shifts per weekFlexible and willing to travel across OahuReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseStrong communication skills and a heart for helping othersPhysically able to assist with lifting and mobilityPerks & Benefits:Competitive pay: $21–$25/hrWeekly payConsistent hours through floater coverageFlexible schedulingHands-on training and ongoing supportGrowth opportunities within the companyPositive team environmentReady to Join Our Oahu Ohana?
