CNA/Nurse Aide - ManorTitle: CNA/Nurse Aide - ManorLocation: Montpelier, IDDepartment: Bear Lake ManorSalary Range: Based on certification/qualifications.Classification: Full Time (40 hour), Regular Part Time (32 hours), Occasional/PRN (<30 hours)Experience: Previous experience preferred.Education: High School Diploma or GEDBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package, based on job status.Bear Lake Memorial Healthcare is seeking hard-working, dependable individuals that can provide compassionate and caring service to the residents of the Bear Lake Manor.Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Assist residents with all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, housekeeping, toileting, etc.Assist residents with shopping, travel to doctors' appointments, etc.Take and record vital signs.Give compassionate care to residents.Requirements:Willing and able to be flexible and to work various shifts/hours/daysMust be dependableMust be kind and compassionate.Adherence to confidentiality/HIPAA requirementsGood organizational skillsAbility to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety proceduresMust be able to do a significant amount of lifting, bending, twisting, standing, and walking.Must have good people skills and be able to get along with others.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Applications will be accepted until filled.Bear Lake Memorial Hospital is an equal opportunity employer and all applicants will be given fair consideration based on their academic credentials and applicable work experience.
