CNA / Nurse Assistant – LTCTryfacta is seeking a CNA / Nurse Assistant – LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: CNA / Nurse Assistant – LTCLocation: Vestal, NY 13850Duration: 16-weekWork Schedule: Shifts: Day/Evening/Night (5x8 and 3x12)Pay rate: $20 - $25/hr.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:CANNOT Change Shift OR add RTO Once Offered! Start Date: Start dates are every 2 weeks due to orientation schedule Shift: 8hr Shifts, 5 days per week (40hrs per week) CANNOT CHANGE SHIFT ONCE OFFERED Ratios: 1:18-20 - 300 bed facility Years of Experience REQ: 1 year plus of LTC / Skilled Nursing experience Alzheimer's & Dementia Patient population First-Timers Accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required upon center request Certs REQ: BLS Will this traveler need to float between like units?: N/A Open to accommodating block schedule?: N/A Locals Accepted: Yes LICENSE: Must have NY State License - NO LICENSE HITS ALLOWED ***MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION*** RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. WILL NOT APPROVE AFTER OFFERED. Cannot take every holiday off **ANY CALL OUTS MUST BE GIVEN WITH AMPLE NOTICE, MORE THAN 24hrs PRIOR** Additional Details: Compliance takes 1.5-2 weeks, No Med Passes Modules: Once your offer is accepted, the client will send Relias module access via email within 48 hours. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it. If you have not received access after 48 hours, notify your recruiter right away. The client requires that modules are started as soon as possible and fully completed no later than 3 days prior to your assignment start date.
