Job description
Cone Health is seeking a CNA Observer Float to support patient safety across multiple units in our not-for-profit health network serving the Piedmont Triad. In this role, you will provide continuous observation of at-risk patients, promptly reporting behavioral or clinical changes to nursing staff. You’ll help maintain a safe, compassionate environment, follow strict infection control and safety protocols, and assist with basic comfort needs. As a float position, you’ll work in varied settings, gaining broad experience while contributing to collaborative, high-quality, community-focused care.
