Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)Clementine Home Care is looking for a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a case 9 AM - 9 PM, 7 days a week in West Chester near the edge of Exton, PA.Are you:StrongCompassionateDependableCheerfulTrustworthyIf so, we want you to become caregivers at Clementine Home Care.What You Will Do:Work 12 hour shifts. 9 AM - 9 PMProvide personal care to client and assist her in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, etc.Genuinely connect with clients and their familiesWe Offer:Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level).Mileage compensation (currently 70 cents per mile) between casesPaid Time OffHoliday incentive payProfit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company's discretion to all employees who meet the plan's eligibility requirements.Free uniforms providedRequirements:Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certificationCPR certificationHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredPrevious home care experience with acceptable references preferredExcellent customer service skillsProlonged periods of standing and walkingMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesWe Offer:A culture of appreciation, gratitude and excellence.
