CNA And HHA Needed For Full Time And Part Time HoursHomeWell Care Services9AM-9PM SHIFTS AVAILABLE IN PALM COAST $17 PER HOURMUST BE CARING AND ABLE TO ENGAGE WITH CLIENTS WE OFFER SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO OUR CLIENTS THAT FIT THEIR NEEDSExperience with dementiaExperience with ADL's and IADL'sExperience with limited non weight bearing patients.Experience working with patients that has wound managementExperience working with super pubic cathetersExperience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are neededRELIABLE AND DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!2 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred)Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.Provide companionship and emotional support to patientsAssist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.Requirements:Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program.Experience in providing patient care preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices.Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.Reliable transportation
