About the Role:
As a CNA at Merriam Gardens Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for monitoring vital signs, recording medical information, and reporting any changes or concerns to our nursing staff. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be committed to providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs, record medical information, and report changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Provide support with mobility and ambulation, as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document resident information and updates in a timely and accurate manner
Shift Details:
Part-time schedule: 11pm-7am
