Overnight Caregiver (CNA or PCA) in Charlottesville and Albemarle County, VARight at Home Blue Ridge is seeking compassionate and dedicated Overnight Caregivers (CNA or PCA) to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, providing comfort, independence, and peace of mind. We offer competitive pay, consistent hours, and real support to help you grow in your career.Top Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)Consistent Hours: Steady 8 to 12-hour overnight shifts & weekends neededReal Support: 24/7 access to office staff and nursing supervisorsPaid Growth: Fully paid orientation and ongoing skill developmentQuick Start: Immediate openings available for qualified candidatesOvernight Responsibilities:Safety Monitoring: Provide wellness checks throughout the night to prevent fallsPersonal Care: Assist with evening wind-down and morning routines (bathing, dressing, hygiene)Mobility Support: Assist with transfers and toileting during the nightHome Support: Perform quiet, light housekeeping (laundry, meal prep) while the client restsObservation: Document client status and report any changes to the care teamRequirements:Certification: Valid Virginia PCA or CNA Certificate (Required)Experience: At least 6 months of professional caregiving experienceTransportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicleBackground: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background checkAlertness: Ability to stay awake, alert, and attentive throughout the duration of the shiftReady to join the team?Apply today for our 2-minute "Quick Apply" process.
