Job description
Responsibilities
Under the direction of a licensed nurse, the Patient Care Specialist is responsible and accountable for providing supportive patient care. The Patient Care Specialist assumes the responsibility for facilitating unit operations under the direction of the registered nurse, including clerical work, stocking, ordering, and transporting as well as specified patient care duties. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Vocational/Technical School/Diploma
Associate’s degree
Bachelor’s Degree
Master’s Degree
Other
Licensure / Certification
State of Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
Experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
