Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Protouch Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support adults and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential CILA setting.
Position Details
Location: West Chicago, IL
Shifts: Days / Nights
Employment Type: Full-Time / Per Diem opportunities may be available
Start: Immediate
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Assist with mobility, transfers, and other daily activities
Monitor residents and report changes in health or behavior to the RN, LPN, or House Manager
Follow individualized care plans and assigned duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Provide emotional support and encourage independence
Assist with transportation to appointments and community activities when required
Document care provided accurately and timely
Requirements
Active CNA certification
Minimum 2 years of CNA experience
Experience working with individuals with behavioral or developmental disabilities preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
