nWe are currently recruiting for a CNA to reliably serve patients in the Raleigh and surrounding areas in BAYADA's Assistive Care Division.
nWhat you'll do:
nFollowing a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you'll provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. As a BAYADA CNA, you'll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with:
nnnActivities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
n
nnHousehold support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
n
nnMeal preparation and feeding
n
nnRange of motion/exercises
n
nnAssisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices)
n
nnMedication reminders
n
nnVital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
n
n nWhat makes you a great candidate:
nnnHave at least one year of work experience.
n
nnHave successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
n
nnA passion for caregiving, providing private home care, and a desire to help others.
n
nnA commitment to being present and providing quality care.
n
nnEmpathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
n
