CNATryfacta is seeking a CNA for our client in Portland, OR 97201. This is a 13 Weeks contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: CNALocation: Portland, OR 97201Duration: 13 WeeksWork Schedule: Days and Night (3x12)Pay rate: $26 - $28Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:BLS (AHA)Active CNA CertificationAssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:Bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingNutrition and hydrationElimination and toiletingPositioning and use of positioning devicesRestraints and restorative careTake and record vital signs, including pulse and blood pressure.Assist patients with their basic care and comfort needs.Perform clerical duties, including routing patient reports as appropriate.Use organizational and prioritization skills to maintain smooth unit operations and meet deadlines.Provide assessment data to the certified nurse within the scope of practice, including vital signs and patient verbal/nonverbal responses.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
