For those who love coastal living, strong community values, and person-centered care, Birch Bay is more than a workplace — it's a place to belong.Summary:The C.N.A./PSS is responsible for the provision of hands on care and services to meet identified resident needs. This includes coordination with other staff, implementation of the interdisciplinary service plan for each resident, reporting changes to resident condition and documenting resident physical ability to perform self-care. The C.N.A/PSS observes, documents, and reports all aspects of resident activities of daily living to ensure appropriate level of care and placement. (assisting residents in and out of bed, etc.).Environment:Potential exposure to blood, body fluids, contagious diseases and potential for periods of high stress.
