Come join the QCC team and be part of our vision for the future!Quality Medical Technician Responsibilities:Medication administrationObtaining vital signsAssisting in sick call using medical protocolsCommunicating with the facility or on-call Medical ProviderRespond to medical emergencies Be capable of performing life saving measures and ability to take charge and give direction in an emergency.Collect laboratory specimens, as neededFollow the "Rules of 100" and provide patient care as specifiedMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in patient chartsLocation: Johnson County Jail in Franklin, IN Shift Opening(s): Full Time 6 PM-6 AM 3 shifts/week with every other weekend rotationPay Range: $20-25+/hr based on experienceRequirements:Active CPR certificationMinimum of 6 months of experience in the medical fieldEMT, QMA, MA, CNA, or CMA certification highly preferredMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequentlyMust be capable of lifting up to 50 poundsQCC's Benefits:Competitive compensation packagesPaid time offMedical insurance (PPO or HSA)$1,200 annual company HSA contributionDentalVisionShort term disabilityVoluntary life, accident, and critical illnessPet InsuranceCancer CoverageReferral ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramFinancial Wellness ProgramEmployer paid long term disability, AD&D, and a $50,000 life insurance policy401K with up to a 4% company match
