CNA - RehabTryfacta is seeking a CNA - Rehab for our client in Newark, NY 14513. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!Position Title: CNA - RehabLocation: Newark, NY 14513Duration: 13 weeks (possible extension)Work Schedule: 5x8-hour (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrsResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and patient observations.Assist with catheter care, specimen collection, infection control, and PPE protocols.Safely operate patient care equipment including Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, and transfer devices.Report changes in patient condition and collaborate with the healthcare team.To be considered for this position, you should have:Active CNA Certification.Minimum 1 year of LTC experience.Current BLS (AHA) certification.First-time travelers accepted.Must be willing to float based on facility needs.Every other weekend availability required.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
