Caregiver Position at Executive Home Care
As a Caregiver at Executive Home Care you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as providing support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene, assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, providing reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules, supporting clients in managing their medication routines, assisting with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements, engaging clients in meaningful conversations and companionship, accompanying clients to appointments and social activities, maintaining a clean and organized living environment for clients, performing light housekeeping tasks as needed, observing and reporting changes in clients' health status to the care team, and documenting care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience as a caregiver or similar role with a family member, friend or client preferred, certification in CPR and First Aid, a compassionate and empathetic attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
