Job description
Paradigm at the Pines in Silsbee, TX is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care under a nurse's direction, assist residents with daily living activities, and help maintain dignity and privacy in a supportive environment.
You will document observations, communicate with the nursing staff, and ensure timely interventions while following facility policies and state regulations.
